Property Valuation Administrator

The mission of the Caldwell County PVA Office is to provide fair assessments and efficient service to the property owners of Caldwell County in a friendly and courteous manner.  They maintain and utilize accurate records so that the statutes of the Commonwealth of Kentucky may be administered in an impartial manner.
